I recently switched to T-Mobile from ATT. I now regret with my decision. I lost my Samsung S5 which I bought with the ATT next program. I talked to customer service and the retail store many times about whether I will be reimbursed unto $350 if I switch. I was promised that I will definitely receive my reimbursement. After I switched, I submitted my ETF form and it was rejected four times. The customer service wants me to go to the retail store and return the phone and the retail store wants me to talk to the customer service.
This is BAIT and SWITCH and T-Mobile's customer service is horrible. I am canceling my line and moving back to ATT. No Contract and ETF reimbursement is a big scam. Don't FALL for it if you are on an installment payment plan such as ATT Next.
