I have been with T-Mobile since the Sidekick 2 (about 8 or 9 years ago). And back then it was required you have a data plan. This data plan did not include minutes or messaging, so you have to have 2 plans. After that I bought the G1 when it was brand spanking new (Still had the same plan). Then bought the Sidekick 4G (got cheated on this one). It never worked correctly. Was told it would eventually be fixed with an update.... updates never fixed it, eventually it stopped working all together and had to contact T-Mobile for a replacement (Let me remind you I'm still paying the SAME plan I was paying for the Sidekick 2 about $110). They told me they cant replace the phone with another Sidekick because they do not have anymore in stock. They said they will replace it with one that was equal to the Sidekick4G.... They replaced it with the T-Mobile Concord... This is no where near equivalent. I had this T Mobile Concord for a while now. And I noticed A LOT of people over time have been paying was less than I have. People have family plans that were paying what I was paying. My plan was 3gb Data, 600 minutes, unlimited messaging $106. I look on T-Mobile website..... MY PLAN DID NOT EVEN EXIST!!! I Called T-Mobile and they told me there's nothing they can do but switch my plan to the one that it was supposed to be, which is now $50 and same plan! So they have been over charging me by almost $60 for probably a few years now. I got cheated on the Sidekick4G, And I took it as a loss, they sold me a $300 phone that didn't work... But I cant except they have been cheating me all this time on a fake plan that didn't even exist. I want to file a complaint! And not to "Customer Service" who says "There's Nothing We Can Do". Does anybody have the correct number or email? Thank you in advance.
