All the short code messages are blocked on my phone, from banks, universities, bus companies...... After I send a text to a short code (to track the next bus), I received the following message: "Free T-Mobile Message: Unable to send message-Message Blocking is active."
I called the Support. The technician checked for almost 30 minutes but found no blocking. He told me to contact the company I was trying to reach. My prepaid plan is 1500 minutes+texts & 30mb data for $30. If any Support representative see this dicussion, please tell me how to solve this problem.
