I wrote another email to T-Mobile credit review after waiting 16 days to request reversal of the early termination and service fee. My last question was marked as "assumed answered" but unfortunately it was not.
The primary reason for removing 3 lines of service with T-Mobile was due to severe service degradation.
My family (7 lines total) paid for T-Mobile service for nearly 10 years and then when the AT&T buyout rumors started, my parents voice service began dropping calls regularly at their house. We believed it had to do with AT&T roaming agreements near their house in a rural area 1 mile from a major freeway. Regardless, service was poor and dropped calls became frequent, where it once worked very predictably. This was unusable to my father and his electrical business who frequently moved around his property on a Bluetooth headset, my mother’s personal calls, and when visiting I had to drive into town to take conference calls.
When I left T-Mobile I was charged an early termination fee.
I didn't buy a new phone that was subsidized, my contract was extended because I changed plan types.
I would just like my fee returned since I was forced to leave due to T-Mobile reducing coverage.
Regards.
