So I called a rep last year to add a data service for my LG G2X that I got. I had agrandfather plan back then which the rep told me would be better to change to a classic one so he can give me a good deal on the data plan. I specifically asked if this will extend my contract since I did not want to do that at the time to which he stated it would not extend it. I asked him again just to be sure and he told me not to worry it definetely will not extend the contract. Now when my contract alsmot set to expire I found out that it has been extended from that date. Fancy that eh. Contacting the contract review department did absolutely nothing. All they did was repeatedly tell over and over again how and when I extended my contract. When I told them to show me proof that I agreed to the extension they just again told me when and how I did it and said this would be the last response and will now close my case. No phone numbers there to speak to who sent me that email. Oh and it takes them ten business days to respond. Seriously? To an email. Needless to say I am taking the next step. Complaints, social sites, government agencies, even going public and to court. Besides the fact that they constantly charge me for things that I never signed up for on a mothly basis, and I have to call every month and revert these ridiculous changes that I haven't made in the first place, this blatant contract extension that I never agreed to was the last straw. I suggest everybody to leave T-mobile and switch to all their competitors. There's no lack of choice. They have much better deals. Let T-mobile wither away and die. Maybe then they will understand then not to treat customers like sheeps and do as they please.
