Hi... I am an overseas student with my family. Last week, we joined family plan with 3 lines and entered homepage to manage various kinds of things about our phones. I found that I should be the Primary account holder to manage my account, but to be a Primary account holder, I must have the Social Security Number. This is impossible for me. As a T-mobile user, I think it's my right that I am able to manage my account if I am a resident or not. What I want is not the benefits as a Primary account holder, but just the right to manage my account. I want to get some good news from whom is responsible.
