Absolutely Livid w/ T-Mobile

I am absolutely livid with T-Mobile, its representatives, its coverage and everything else about the carrier.

 

I've had T-Mobile for 6 months, and every month is some other nightmare. In the past 3 months, Ive had T-Mobile:

1. Change my phone number without my request

2. Charge me for said phone number change

3. Charge my account for a phone replacement that was returned to T-Mobile

4. Switch me and my girlfriends phone numbers (Were on the same line)

5. Opened 6 trouble tickets for reception issues, yet I am still TO THIS DAY having reception issues.

 

Ive had T-Mobile send out a Cell-Fi booster, but it changes nothing. I spoke with several T-Mobile reps about this and they all told me to fax a letter to the Customer Relations department about getting my ETF waived. So, I did just that. Today, I recieved a $60 credit to my account and was told that 'my area has good reception' and that my request for a ETF waiver was denied.

 

So now, I'm having to pay for a service I cannot use, and I cant leave the service unless I pay out of my pocket. This is absolutely ridiculous. Ive already filed a complaint with the BBB and I am currently awaiting a phone call from a manager @ T-Mobile.
