What is a Port-out?
A port-out is when you transfer your existing phone number from T-Mobile to another service provider. We cannot initiate a port-out request for you. A port-out happens only in response to you initiating a port-in request with a new service provider. Please note: In order for a number to be eligible to port-out it must not be in a canceled status.
If you are considering porting your number out, we don't want to see you go! If you are having any problems with your service, you are in the right place.
