I opened an account approx 1 week ago. I ported 2 phone numbers over from Verizon in less than a minute. I'm attempting to port a tmobile prepaid number to a post paid account now. It's been 3+ days....this is ridiculous! It's been over 72 hours! I called customer support for the 3rd time today....they're going to submit it again.....another 72 hours! This is completely unacceptable and frustrating. You're making a horrible first impression tmobile! I don't understand how you don't have a customer support dept that can be emailed....every other major carrier has it. Calling customer support has solution.
