I have a family plan of 4 lines.. Each has a different eligibility date. I thought eligibility date "IS" contract expiration date. Well it is not. Today, I just learned that all four lines has the same contract expiration date and that date is beyond all the eligibility dates.
So, every time I get a free phone upgrade on an eligibility date, the contract expiration date FOR ALL lines will be extended? For how long?? If so, can you please explain?
How can I cancel one line that I don't need without paying for a $200 termination fee then?
Dang it, why can't things be kept simple?
