contract issue

In march i continued to get offer/ calls from tmobile about adding lines to my current account without any fees or charges. each additional lines qualified for 500 min and unlimited text with 2 yr contact on each line. Now, i added 2 lines only . i see a bill for additional lines stating that i have to pay $10 per line for next 2 yrs. I have called few times wasting hours to sort this out.

  1. 1800-672-5390
  2. Jesus/ customer care. call transferred and then disconnected
  3. Drina ref: customer care  ref no. 17753647 transferred to someone else and then no response 05/16/2013
  4. Lynette call ref no : id no 1270148 will 05/16/2013 never called back
  5. Called again on 05/19/2013 told to call back again and write to customer relations.

Various answers given i.e i will research it and will call you tomorrow , there is no notation on the account , you have to call customer relations etc and multiple transfers that you have to sit through.

anyone in same boat????
