- Usage alerts are free and provided by T-Mobile to help avoid overage for Voice, Text messaging (SMS), Data, and International roaming.
- Notifications are sent as a SMS when usage reaches 80% and 100% of plan or service allocation.
- Usage alerts provide options to upgrade plans and services via SMS with a link to T-Mobile.
Usage Alert Management

- The Primary Account Holder (PAH) will always receive usage alerts and can also setup alerts for each subscriber on the account.
- The PAH will be responsible for enabling or disabling alerts for themselves and the other users on the account.
- For multiline accounts, all numbers on the account are shown on the Usage Alerts screen and this functionality is available in read-only for all other users.
