As of March 24, 2013, the Unlimited Any Mobile feature is no longer offered. But there's great news, all of T-Mobile's current Value plans are already UNLIMITED! Use this document as a reference if you have the Unlimited Any Mobile feature on your account. The Unlimited Any Mobile feature is an excellent value for you.
- Unlimited Any Mobile is for domestic calls only.
- Unlimited Any Mobile calling does not include international or domestic roaming.
- Unlimited Any Mobile is not compatible with the following:
- Family Allowances
- Regional rate plans
- Unlimited minute plans
- VOIP / Landline calls are charged from the whenever bucket and NOT as Unlimited Any Mobile (for example, Google Voice or Vonage). This is also the case for calls to voicemail and other T-Mobile service numbers.
- These numbers display do not display the Any Mobile call type of 'M' on your bill.
How Does Unlimited Any Mobile Bill?
- Unlimited Any Mobile calls display a 'M' in the call type column of the your bill.
- Calls are rated on how the number was reflected (landline vs. mobile) on the DAY of the call.
- If your mobile number contact ports their mobile number to a landline during the billing cycle, it will bill out from your whenever bucket, not as Any Mobile.
