Just got my brand new phone and followed the steps from T-Mobil.com/Activation to activate the the SIM card from the starter kit I ordered from T-Mobile.com. I enter all of the data from my activation card, the pamphlet that came with the kit and IMEI number off of the phone and the site takes me to a page where I enter my e-mail address, nearest city and area code for my new number. After hitting 'Next' I get a page that reads:
Processing Error
We're sorry—there was an error in processing your request.
Please hit your browser's back button and try your action again, or try again later.
Hitting my back button doesn't take me to the previous page. I tried going through this process numerous times but always get the same processing error page. I'm trying to sign up for the $30/month unlimited text and data plan with 100 minutes and haven't called support as I'm afraid that if they do anything on their end I won't have access to this plan since I need to activate it at T-Mobile.com to be eligible.
Can anyone help or at least tell me what the heck is going on? I figured this process would be nightmare-free since I'm dealing with a brand new Galaxy Note 3 purchased from a T-Mobile store and since I'm a new sign-up.
FYI I made sure that all cookies were being accepted by my browser in these attempts and I'm using Firefox.
