Defective Galaxy Note 3

I Purchased a new Galaxy Note 3 in January when I left Verizon for T-mobile.  The phone worked fine for 2 months and I started having the charging problem.  I had to position my phone and charging cable in a specific manner or it would not charge.  I understand getting sent a refurbished device to replace mine. What i don’t understand is why i have received 3 defective devices with the exact same problem.  And more recently i was sent a device to replace a defective one that contained physical damage.  I know it is not T-mobiles fault the phones are faulty to begin with, but why are these replacement phones being sent out when they contain the same problem my original handset had?  And also why in the world would you send someone a phone with scratches on it and think that is ok.  I blame Samsung for the original problem, i look to T-mobile to do something other than sending me defective replacement devices, and devices that are not quality replacements.  I am now on my 5th replacement device and i am absolutely sick and tired of the replace it until it works solution.
