The sales man we went to tricked us into signing up for T-mobile basically by lying to us. When we came back to the store after we discovered what will be our bill, the manager was rude and very condescending. We wanted to file complaint with the cooperate but we are told we cant do it over the phone. We will write to the cooperate because it is our answer step before we are putting it on the media to expose the lies he told us and may be other people to. We are not happy that we cant contact the cooperate directly by phone. We are stuck with lies and rude store manager just because we decided to come to T-mobile. Well, may be the cooperate will be a help. VERY disappointed customer.
