I Submitted my first request for ETF reimbursement in January and included all of the documentation and then was denied because they could not locate the ETF amount. Resubmitted AGAIN this time I highlighted all the details and added huge yellow arrows pointing to the information. why is T-Mobile making this so difficult???? Switch from Verizon and I'm starting to wish I never did, would rather pay more at this point than to deal with this BS!!!! It's almost April and been dealing with this since January!!!!!!
