Hello.  I've been a member for 3 months now and I would like to tweak my plan.  However, I've been trying for a month to change my plan but the message I keep receiving when I click on "Plan" is this:

We are currently having trouble with your request. Please wait a few minutes and try again.

This has been for over a month.   What is wrong?  Thanks
