I went to the T-mobile story Friday night, Jan. 3, to request that I have my landline from Frontier ported over to an added line on my T-mobile account. I was given a temp. number and told that process would take up to 24 hrs. 24 hrs. went by so I contacted T-mobile via Chat Now and was told it was in process and I should be up and running in 24 hrs. It is now past the second 24 hr. time frame. How long does this take? Is it because it is the weekend??
