Manage My Faves on new my.t-mobile.com site?

I still have an old My Faves plan, which gives unlimited calling to any five numbers.  With the new My T-Mo site, I can't figure out how to get to the My Faves management page (or if there is still a page to get to- it's an old plan!) to edit the five numbers.

Any advice?  Or do I have to call in to CS every time I want to change the numbers now?
