Well, after playing phone tree roulette and attempting to follow the instructions of using the link www.t-mobile.com/SIM I'm still not able to transfer my SIM. Basically I am on a prepaid plan as it meets my needs. I already purchased a T-Mobile Prism II phone and included SIM card. I'd like to transfer my existing account from my current phone to the new one.
I've even attempted to activate a new device (using the information with the new phone) but apparently I am not able to transfer my existing T-Mobile number to the new device that way.
HELP!!
