1) It will not accept my payment method / I been using the same credit card for years
{ Yet it will take it when I call it in on the automated system from my hand set }
2) I can not access { ring tunes } & there's no spot on the web site for it either.
{ I've looked along with one of your reps I had on the phone during my last call.}
3) It took almost a month for me to get access to my ( caller tunes profile ) also with the first ticket but the other things just kept escalating. I sent a E-Mail to TForce at T - Mobile dot Com . O 12 / 12 / 2013 After tweeting them on twitter but still no resolve on these issues. Can anyone please tell me when this will be fixed this has been going on for too long .
I know i'm not alone with these problems complaints are numerous about the new web site changes.
