Steps
If your device is lost or stolen, take these actions right away:
- Contact T-Mobile immediately to suspend services.
- Suspending the account will protect your account balance from being used.
- After 30 days of being suspended, your account will automatically be deactivated.
- A replacement device must be purchased.
- Once you have a replacement device, call T-Mobile to activate your new SIM card on your existing account.
- Find a T-Mobile retail location. The search results provide maps and driving directions.
