I am on the prepaid plan 100mins/unlimited sms & internet @$30/month. I encountered 2 problems today.
1. I tried several times to call a local number and got recorded message that the balance was too low to complete the call. But the account showed 68 used out of the 100. I went to the store and asked--they checked and confirmed that the balance was ok and when the call was tried, it went through. When these things happen when you least need them is very annoying. If there was some connectivity problem, how and why did I get a wrong msg about the balance?
2. The account showed usage of 6mins, when I barely talked for 2-3. But the Lumia 521 does not show the length of calls in history, so there is no way to check whether I am being overcharged. Is there any app that would provide that info?
