Can anyone help me understand why on my HTC One, iPhone 5 and Nexus 4. HSPA+ only works for a few minutes during a large download then it fails and oscilates between UMTS (3G) and HSPA/HSPA+(H). Is there an outage going on. I tried download a 600MB movie file from Google Drive and it's failed on many occasions. Youtube video fail also and I have to start all over again. It's wasting Data and its very frustrating. The phones have been reset, 2 phone have the 30 dollar prepaid with the 15 dollar mobile hotspot, the HTC has the post paid Unlimited plan with hotspot. I have tried the same test in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego and now Houston.
Please let me know what is going on and if there is an issue with the data network. I know its not the phones, they all work perfectly with AT&T SIM and they used to work just fine before.
