6 1/2 Year customer, 2 hrs on phone, BRUTAL customer support..im gone

After nearly 6 1/2 years, overpaying for an archaic plan. I today had the chance to change my plan.

 

But, keep in mind.....Im an old customer with Tmobile....That means nobody cares, cause we all know the new guy gets all the stuff.

 

3 different customer support reps assured me that I would be able to upgrade my phones today, with zero down, online, in a store....

you name it whatever, I wanted.

 

But, NOW.....after 2 hrs of BS, Im talked down to and need to make another payment, BECAUSE...I went past due, overnight ....

 

 

THE MAIN THING IS: .... AT NO TIME DID THE PAST DUE BECOME AN ISSUE WHEN i CHANGED MY PLAN.

AND A REP WAS IN THE PROCESS OF SELLING ME THE PHONES FOR 19.99 DOWN.....BUT,....i WANTED TO SHOP AROUND.

ANd Now nobody at tmobile is willing to honor the promises of their staff.

 

Accountability is lacking.

Is a hassle for me...But, I suppose it is time for me to Be the NEW Customer for someone Else.

 

Ultimately, Tmobile support is not support....Just a waist of time...Misinformation....misleading....and unable to honor their own promises.
