I am traveling in Europe, and forgot to activate international roaming on my account before leaving (which is silly to have to pro-actively have to do this anyway.) Also, I don't have access to managing my account online. When I tried to register, the system says it is sending the "temporary password" as a text to my cell phone, which of course I can't view, because I am not receiving any texts. When I call customer support to try to do this over the phone, the office is closed, and does not open at a time it convenient for me. I guess I am wondering now how to activate this, with the way T-Mobile is trying to execute these things.
