I got the family plan with 3 lines around 3 weeks ago online with a company discount. It is a postpaid plan and I paid the 2 iphone 5s $149.99 each and a galaxy s2 for $50.00. Then I have returned the galaxy s2 to buy iphone 5 instead last week. In the meantime the plan I have had has been removed from the tmobile website (business one through lifecare.com). Now I dont have a phone and when I call the business line they tell me that my plan is no longer offered and I have to pay the full price to buy any phone. We have a contract and I got the phones cheaper because of that and I am entitled to return/exchange the phone within 30 days in CA and..now you have my phone and you are asking me to pay full price instead of honoring the contract. if I should pay the full price for a phone why would I stick to this contract now! Again, you are not honoring the contract..At least send me my galaxy s2 back!!! I am using my old phone now and extremely frustrated with tmobile..
