Is there anyone else having bad service when it comes to their 'fals adverstising' of blaxing fast 4G network?
Whenever (80%) the time I try to use it, it goes to 2G and I PAY a LOT of $$$ for this service. To top it off, try to contact them online via customer service chat, there is NO way to get to them. All I get is "Please provide some basic information so that we can locate a chat agent for you", and a blank screen below it.
Verizon is looking better and better,.
