Dear T-mobile:
We are making some changes in our phone plan, so here are some questions:
1. I want to cancel our family plan at the end of May 2013, when and how I should contact o have this done?
2. How can four lines keep the same number and migrate to an individual plan? Can they do it online by themselves?
3. I will be going abroad for half a year. Is there anyway that I can keep my number after I come back (without paying a fee of course) or I have to get the new phone number?
