Contract Review (epic fail)

I'm so done with T-mobile.  I've been with T-mobile for 10 years and i'm just another number for these clowns.  I submitted an email to contractreview@t-mobile.com over 10 days ago.  I received the automated reply notifying me that I would hear back from the department within 7 business days.  Well it's been 10. 

 

 

Our current contract expires in October of 2013.  I am trying to get the early termination fee waived because of lack of service in my home and surrounding areas.  Service seems to have got worse or maybe it's because we have relied on the coverage more and more.

 

My wife and I have been fostering 2 kids for the past couple of months and the amount of time spent on the phone is insane.  With case workers, attorneys, parents, therapist, etc.  There is nothing more frustrating than being on a conference call with the Department of Children Services and you miss half the conversation because your coverage stinks.  I have had it with t-mobile.  There lack of response to my email is totally unexceptable.

 

Untill I get this case resolved I will take my frustrations out via social media.  #t-mobilefail

 

I remember when the t-mobile att merger almost happened all I heard was how bad att customer service was compared to t-mobile.  Well t-mobile you get a F in that department as well.
