Contract Review

I have waited over three weeks for T-Mobile Contract Review to respond to my e-mail about the unauthorized extension of my contract, to no avail. This is getting a little frustrating. Should I assume my e-mail was never recieved and send it again? I would rather not have to wait three more weeks for a response when I was guaranteed it would only take 14 business days. Is there anything that can be done?
