Hey everyone,
I am turning to social media for some help here with my issues with T-Mobile. It amazes me how I can contact the "customer loyalty" department yet the do nothing for me to stay loyal to them as a customer. I love how when I call in I can be told one thing by a representative of their company yet is is completely and utterly untrue and NOT how they do things. Or have you ever called them and you can call 3 times with the same exact question and get 3 complete different answers, and they tell you that they are looking at the notes from the previous calls and they have no idea "where" the other rep got the information from.
I feel like the relationship with the company is one that they feel that since I am under contract with them and I "can't" leave without fees that I will deal with it and they will do what they like. I have been refused to be transferred to supervisors before, hung up on by them when I ask to talk to their manager it is disgusting from a customer service experience stand point.
I know I am not alone in feeling this way. Stand up for us and we together need to make T-Mobile hear our voice!!!!
