bad customer service info

can anyone tell me what i need to do about my this issue. the other night i was chat with someone in customer service online about open a new account and pre order the i phone. i ask the person i was chatting with that if i pre order the i phone with a new individual plan under my name and have the # i use under my sister family plan tranfier over to my account. that person said yes and when you get your iphone just call customer service and have them tranifer to your account.So i plac a pre order for the new iphone and account. came to find out that in order for me to have the old number  my sister would have to early terminate that line. and it will cost $200. so i  call customer service and explan to them about the wrong info i got from the chat.. all they could say was sorry for the wrong info. If i got the right info i would never order my own individual account. Is there anyone who i can call and see if i can get that line on my sister family plan terminate with out the $200 fee. since i was giving the wrong info. I can cancel my pre oder since I'm doing monthly payment on it with my new account.and if i cancel that indiviual account i would have to pay a fee and pay the remander of the balance on the Iphone off.
