Agents Consistently provide misinformation- now refuse to honor contract

I have been a T mobile customer for over 8 years. 2 weeks ago i came to know of an employee based discount T mobile was offering, for which I was eligible.

I called up the Corporate Sales 1877-845-5317, which was given to me with the required codes, and Ids.

After verifying the information the agent offered me

  1. 500 MB free on the new line for only 9.99 a month for adding the new line
  2. A new line $50 mail in rebate (on Samsung s3)

I agreed, and the phone was shipped to me

Then

  1. The rebate center refused to process $50 mail in rebate- telling me there is no rebate-  I was misinformed on 3/31 when I purchased the phone. The rebate was finally given 4/4/2013 when I spoke with Agents Allisia and Patty
  2. Misinformation about the 500 MB data plan. on 4/4/2013 when I called to clarify the rebate was told they can't offer me this 500 MB free data plan since my existing family plan was not eligible for it. on 3/31, when I agreed to buy the phone and the services, I had clarified with the agent several times and he assured me of the plan and the mail in rebate. He even read the contract and I agreed to it.
  3. More lies/misinformation: I spoke again on 4/4/2013 to Christina in customer service  who mentioned she could not change anything on the 500 MB plan BUT offered me 2.5 GB for 20/month on that new line. Turns out that even she misinformed me or lied to me I And there was no 2.5 GB plan for $20/month for my line. She had added a 4 GB, $30/month plan

So i am effectively now paying 30/month above was was promised to me when they pushed the new phone line and service to me under a contract. Their response has been under 'Buyer's remorse period' you can return it. I am not complaining about the product/service that was offered to me, so there is no remorse but I do want them to honor their side of the contract.

Any suggestions will be most helpful
