When I log in to my account and click on "Upgrade Phone," it's telling me that NONE of the phones are eligible for the monthly payment plans. I am not currently under contract, and I very recently upgraded my service plan to one of the new Value Plans so I could be eligible for a new phone with the monthly payments.
Online support (chat) and phone support has been horrendous. They don't seem to understand that when I'm logged in to my account, I'm unable to purchase a new phone with a down payment, and then add monthly payments to my account.
Is this possible? What am I doing wrong?? Was just recently told in chat that I needed to sign up for a NEW account and get a new phone number to get the phone I want. WTF???
I'm seriously about to jump ship and pay a bit more with another carrier because of this experience of customer service not knowing what the heck their website is even telling people.
