  • Redeeming a refill card

Note: To refill now, go to Refills. You may set up Auto Refills which will automatically refill your account as frequently as you schedule them. Set this up through your My T-Mobile account.

Text to Refill

If you have your profile set up with the Refill Center, you can send a text to the Refill Center to apply a refill using the credit/debit card or checking account associated with your account.

Action Steps:

  • Send a text message containing the refill amount and last four digits of the credit or debit card number.

Example: 25 2353

  • Send the text message to 7777. Refills are applied within a few minutes.

  • T-Mobile retail stores
  • Authorized dealers such as Eckerd, Walgreens, Circle K, 7-Eleven, and more.
  • To find a location near you, go to Find a Refill Card Location.

Renew Early

The renew early option is only available when you exceed your allotment of at least one of the following services:

  • Minutes
  • Messaging
  • Data

Note: If your plan includes an unlimited bucket, early renewal is not available. Any remaining bucket is lost if you choose to renew your plan early.

Sidekick

As a T-Mobile Sidekick customer, you can refill your account in the same way as other Pay in Advance customers.

Note: Danger Sidekicks can only refill for voice and text usage (no data). If you have the new Android Sidekick model, you can refill for voice, text and data usage.

Sidekick users can refill the account via the web browser on the Sidekick device (when applicable). However, if data services are suspended due to a low balance, the account cannot be refilled from the device because data service will not be available.

To refill an account on your Sidekick device, follow these steps:

  1. Launch the web browser on the Sidekick.
  2. Select the T-Mobile Prepaid link.
  3. Select Refill your T-Mobile Prepaid Account.
  4. The T-Mobile Prepaid account window appears. Enter your Mobile number and Password, and then click GO.
  5. The account balance is displayed. Enter the Recharge code and then click GO.
