If you are a Pay in Advance customer and have not renewed your account, you will receive a free text message from T-Mobile advising that your rate plan has not been renewed. You have 120 days to apply enough funds to renew your rate plan.
As soon as you apply enough funds to your account:
- Your rate plan will automatically renew.
- Your account balance expiration date will be extended by 90 days if it is less than 90 days away.
As a Pay in Advance customer, you will receive the free text message in the following scenarios:
- Three days before your rate plan is scheduled to renew.
- One day before your plan is scheduled to renew.
- The day your rate plan renews, which provides you the date it was renewed and the date it is effective through.
- In case of insufficient funds, reminding you to apply a refill so that your plan can be renewed.
- When a future dated rate plan change has successfully changed and you are on the new plan.
- When your plan is automatically changed to Pay As You Go due to being insufficient for more than 60 days.
