This is RIDICULOUS >:l Twenty minutes of battery life

My family has been with Tmobile since I was about 10. I am now twenty one. So we have been faithful TMobile users only for us to be getting horrible service from you guys.

I have a Huewai mytouch 4g in the color red, YOUR EMPLOYEES told my father that it was an upgrade from our old phones about two years ago. And so far, I've had the same freaking problem with this terrible phone you sold us. THIS IS MY FOURTH PHONE FROM YOU GUYS!!!!

I am not hard on phones. I am actually quite delicate. Heavy duty phone cases, minimal amount of downloads, NO MUSIC DOWNLOADS and I do not download movies or tv shows. That phone was solely used for communication(texting, calling, twitter, internet)and a few games(the delicious emily series).

Here's the issue. I only have about twenty to thirty minutes of battery life before it dies. It goes from 100% charged to eight or four percent in a short amount of time. Not only that, the phone gets extremely hot. AND there is something wrong with the charging port. I have to stand the phone one a stack of books to get it to charge. Then, when I finally get that freaking thing to LOOK like it is charging, guess what! It isn't charging! It just lights up until it eventually dies WHILE I AM USING IT. Care to explain why? And I looked at the trade-in and you people have the audacity to offer me one dollar for something we paid about three hundred dollars for. WTF?!?!?!?!!! Is there a way I can fix this problem?Because there is no way I am going to pay you guys for another phone because of the AWFUL service you have provided thus far.So where do we go from here? What am I supposed to do? Because I am MORE than ready to switch to Sprint. And someone better have a good answer because this is RIDICULOUS!!
