The multi-million dollar 'J-Leg' team has faltered. Amazingly, no text messages sent in advance, with a link of plan changes. Customers who seldom use their phone and toggle, will wonder what happened when they can not revert back.
Question probably answered by the awesome T-Force Specialist & customers. $3.00 per month plan is replacing the Gold Rewards? If so, what happens to the cash in the account? Carryover? If so, for how long? Or, will it disappear?
Customers obviously can't tell in 'My Account'. The expiration date changed to 'Next charge date'. Appears intentional to me. Could this be an eventual phase-out of Gold Rewards? Even the $2.00 or $3.00 per day plan, needs clarification. Will it revert to refilling every month? Every 90 days? Or, refilling upon individual customer 'expiration date'?
