After 4 calls to customer support for some reason no one can give me a clear answer to this. I have had an old plan from 3+ years ago that included 500 minutes of any time minutes. A few months ago I called customer support regarding the announcement from T-Mobile that overage fees will no longer exist for older plans, so I just left my plan as it was despite starting to use a lot more minutes. The past month I have over 5000 minutes used, so I called customer support to clarify that I will not be charged overage fees for this, but I haven't gotten a clear answer. One person said that I will not be charged, two said they don't know and one said I will be charged but they can't check how much... Are there any clear answers to this?
