Tired of T-Mobile, Need Help.

Hi All,

 

I've been with T-Mobile nearly 10 years and I'm sick of dealing with them. The unwillingness to help, the untrained representatives (especially Tier 1 tech), and supervisors who are useless (I had to go through 2 managers just to be treated like my account is worthless) I pay a bill of about $250 a month for four lines, my phone has been consistently been malfunctioning for over a year now. I have to pay $175.00 just to get a replacement or to upgrade. I don't feel like they appreciate my business and I'm sick of dealing with it.  I have an EIP balance for two phones, for the lines I don't even use they said either pay $200 or wait until December. Crazy! especially when they can see the phone hasn't been used for over a year and a half. Most companies would have taken that in consideration and terminated it, but I digress...I will NEVER recommend T-Mobile ever again! Does anyone know of another company other than T-Mobile I can switch to? Or options so I can leave this horrible company??
