I have to go to AT&T because I have more than 5 in my family?

My two youngest boys are getting old enough for phones. I am being told that, because I am already using five lines that I must now create a new account for my youngest two. This is Bull!!!!

This is like AT&T telling me that in order to get the best cable deal, I must alternate every year between them and Time Warner (Yes. Their phone tech told me this is how it's done).

I don't care how it's done. Maybe if I go over five, the price increases per line. Do what you will. BUT, I want one account. How it happens is your problem. I am the customer. I want more of your service. Not faster, not stronger, just more. I want to manage it through the same interface. I should not have to log out to manage a separate account because you can't handle me having more than five lines. Your problems are not mine. Because of your amazing policies, until now, I am also not shackled to you.

So, very sadly, I think I have to let you go. You were so amazing. I loved how excited your CEO was about actually shaking things up. But it seems, in the end, that he is just like the rest. Unwilling to break free from the antiquated policies of old. Even AT&T is allowing 10 lines. But, even that is BULL. If you qualify for 100 lines, you should be able to get them. It's not hard to scale. Every successful business does it.

Figure it out.
