WiFi calling does not work

I see you have previously dealt with the issue of wifi calling (conversation posted below) and I have some questions. I was abroad for 6 months and am being charged for my calls even though I spoke to 3 TMobile workers (1 in person and 2 over the phone) who assured my wifi calling was working correctly. Now I called you guys after being charged almost $200 for calls that I were told would be free of charge because they were "registered over the network" even tough my phone said they were being made over wifi. I know I cannot prove it since I did not have one of your representatives with me while the calls were made, but I see that this is not an isolated incident. I do not believe I have to pay for something I was told would be free, especially when I am not the only one with this issue. What can I do to get this corrected?

Re: No Wifi Calling With TMobile T-Mobile Wi-Fi calling DOES NOT WORK. For 9 months now, the only way I have been able to make a Wi-Fi call with T-Mobile is to remove the battery and sim card after each call. More than 75 calls to T-Mobile support has yielded 7 replacement phones (T-Mobile) says it is faulty Galaxy S4 phones - not their issue. Yeah right...........They won't let me out of my contract and now replacement phone #8 is on the way. I used to have 4 lines with them and have bought my way out of 3 contracts. As soon as I can get out of this contrat I AM DONE WITH T-MOBILE forever. T-Mobile SUCKS!
