Before I leave the US，i was informed that I can suspend my phone as the primary holder on line. So I let a tmoblie staff to set me as primary account holder. And i did get the message. But it has been three weeks and I still do not have the security option on my phone page. How can I suspend my phone? By the way, I don't have SSN and I have left USA for China.
