tmobile online jump upgrade - LG G3

Hello,

 

I preorder the LG G3 online using my jump upgrade on 7/12 and it first said that expected delivery date was 7/14.  On 7/15 the expected delivery was 7/15 and then 7/16 and then 7/17.  I went to the store today thinking that I could cancel the online order and get the LG G3 in store since they have them at the stores now, but NOOO.  I cannot cancel my online order, even thought it shows that the LG G3 is backordered and there is not expected delivery date.  I even paid $24 for next day delivery.

It does not make sense to me, how the Tmobile stores have the phone available, but they cannot give it to me because I have an online order that is in Backorder and I don't even know when it is going to be shipped.

It does not make sense that there isn't someone at customer service that can cancel the order or allow me to pick up the same order in store and don't ship the online order.  It seems like a win, win for Tmobile, they will not have ship the device and me (the customer) is going to make time to go to a store and pick up the new device.

 

Very frustrated and unhappy customer.
