I am currently on the Pay as You Go plan, and want to switch to the $30 100 minutes/unlimited/unlimited plan. I already have a new device and an unactivated nano SIM card (my current SIM is standard). Is it possible to simply change the plan on my current account, or would I need to active the new SIM in the new phone first, then transfer it? Would I be able to keep my current number (I hope so, as they are both technically prepaid), and if so would I be required to call Customer Support or can it be done simply when activating the SIM? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
