Not able to receive group message- Missing MMS

I feel like this is going on for about 2 months for me.  I have narrowed it down to 2 friends whom both have Verizon, one iPhone and the other Android.

 

The problem is my group of friends use group messaging, (MMS)  with mixture of iPhones and Android.  I would be missing some message.. I have done a lot of troubleshooting up to the point where I feel like my eyes are bleeding.   I done setting changes, replaced SIM card, took the phone to the Apple Store to have it diagnosed ( they said it was fine).

 

The only thing i can see is that my friends with Verzion are the ones whom I cannot receive MMS from. Its also weird because when they send a picture I would receive it.  But not when its a group message

 

They told me it was an outage... This is getting tiresome.   My friends are thinking I'm a dork for not responding or I'm just messing around and are now ignoring my "what" responses in the group messages.

 

When I first switched to T-Mobile my satisfaction for this company was really high, now it is somewhat very low.


Again I have heard the outage statement many times. I am no longer willing to accept this answer, because I been having this problem a long time now and it hard to believe that a company like this would take so long to fix something.  When I hear that answer i feel like its a cop out at this moment.  I need a real answer or at least some sort of ETA. 

 

I'm not unreasonable but I feel the answer like an outage with no ETA is just smoke and mirrors.
