I am in the process of doing a upgrade with JUMP. I am trying to pre-order the LG G3. I get to the last screen which is "Checkout", there on the 3rd tab there is this "Equipment Agreement" which I have to sign with electronic signature by pressing on the small yellow box then typing my name. I type in my name, the exact way it is written on the account, I click "Agree" to submit, and this message appears in small red text "Please make sure the name for your electronic signature matches the name on the account.The name on your account is". Yeah, it ends with "is". I have tried repeating the process on multiple web browsers. Chrome, Firefox, both give me that message in small red text. I tried with Internet Explorer, but I can't even get to the "Checkout" page with it, it get's stuck loading. I have even tried doing this with my laptop, and the exact same problem happens. Well, I even gave my cellphones web browser a shot, and the same thing! Nothing is working! Any tips?
