T-mobile has terrible customer service ever!

I was trying to get my number from Att transferred to T-mobile for a whole week! I spoke to 20 people with no result! All that you get when you call customer service is that they need all your information in detail just to transfer you to another person. If i had no account with t-mobile, and didn't need to replace by att number, i would never call them back again. DON'T TAKE SERIOUS any calls you make to customer service 611. Nobody takes responsibility for what they say, don't know what the word 'service' mean! Some even do not understand when you say numbers, even after repeating several times, very bad English. Some of them just hang up on you as soon as you give basic information. Once i even was interrupted by some old woman speaking in Hindu i guess, who just interfere into the conversation and started speaking her language for about minute, the lady from t-mobile just said "sorry' and kept asking for more info. I am definitely taking my account to another provider. After more than 20 calls, i have no progress in transferring my number from Att, which should take from 5 min to 2 days maximum, and i was not provided with the reason why there is a problem.
